1. Why should I wear a Tommy John undershirt?

2. I’m not in that good of shape and it looks like this undershirt is only for fit people?
That is incorrect. The Tommy John is for all shapes and sizes. Men of all sizes have faced the same challenges of riding up and bunching with their undershirts, regardless of how big they are. Tommy John is proud to be the first company to design an undershirt that hugs the body and stays tucked in, while giving you unmatched comfort and feel.
3. How is this undershirt different than other leading designers? Does it actually work?
Tommy John is proud to be the first company to design an undershirt that stays tucked in, while avoiding the “fake love handle” appearance.
Once you pull this undershirt down, it will stay in place by hugging your lower body. It will not ride up, bunch up, or come untucked. Our undershirts confidently provide a more masculine appearance by doing the following:

4. Is this considered a “Shapewear” shirt?
This is NOT shapewear. Tommy John shirts are NOT restricting, compressing or difficult to put on and take off. We believe in absolute comfort. Our customer is the guy who is sick of buying box cut undershirts and wouldn’t be caught dead in the latest fad of uncomfortable men’s shapewear (girdles, compression undershirts, spanx for men, ect).

7. Are your shirts “moisture wicking”?
No. If you’re wearing a moisture wicking undershirt (synthetic materials like polyester and nylon), we believe it’s fair to assume that sweat moves from your body to the outside of the undershirt, which would be in direct contact with your outershirt. If you sweat alot and wear a moisture wicking undershirt (your outershirt) will likely be wetter than if you were wearing an undershirt made of a material that will absorb moisture (like a Micro Modal blend).
Moisture wicking fabrics (synthetic materials like polyester and nylon) don’t absorb water, so moisture (sweat) will get transferred from the body to the outer layer of the fabric and dampen your outershirt.
8. Where are your garments made?
Our products are proudly made right here in the USA. This allows us to offer manage the manufacturing to ensure you have the highest quality possible.
9. How do I care for the garments?
To maintain the qualities of your garment, we recommend you follow the care instructions.
10. How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the USPS Priority Mail and UPS rates & fees table (plus a nominal handling fee) and depending on the number of items you order (weight) and the final destination (distance).
11. Who designs your products?
Tom Patterson, select fashion experts, and our product development team. Each undershirt is worn under a shirt and/or tie while we work. Each new prototype has to pass our own extensive comfort and performance testing. Based on this research, we are then able to move forward with the final designs that you purchase.
12. Are you going to expand the line of Tommy John undergarments?
We are currently in the design process of creating several new lines. We plan on continuing to provide innovative problem solution products for men’s clothing.
