Credit Card Transaction Policy Upon transmission of a credit card order through our website, Tommy John obtains an approval code from the customer’s credit card issuer. We then immediately charge the account for the full order amount at the time of your purchase.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations received prior to the shipment going out will result in a refund back to your credit card that was used for the purchase.
