We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Tommy John. If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we'll gladly refund your money within 30 days of purchase.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at Tommy John. Our refund policy is the following:
- Returns must be made within 30 DAYS of your invoice date.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and unworn.
- All sales on Tommy John underwear are final due to hygienic and sanitary reasons.
- You will be responsible for shipping charges unless you have received damaged goods.
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our warehouse confirms receipt. If the warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used, only if garments are in original, unworn condition with original packaging and tags.
- Returns will be processed within 2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to send your exchanged products back. To exchange an unworn product, clearly indicate the style, color, and size preference. Customer will be charged shipping cost for exchanged merchandise, upon shipment. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has processed and shipped.
ERRORS OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
In the event that you receive the incorrect or damaged merchandise, please email returns@tommyjohnwear.com within 10 business days of your order. You will not incur any additional shipping charges if this happens.
RETURN PROCESS
To return or exchange items purchased online at Tommy John, please follow these instructions:
- Send us an email to returns@tommyjohnwear.com. Please indicate your name, order date, order number and reason for return/exchange. To exchange, clearly indicate the style, size, and color you’d like of the in stock item. We will notify you if additional funds are needed.
- If your return is within our 30 day return policy (no returns on underwear), we will email you a return authorization number. If you have an exchange only, we will email you a return authorization number and return address information for your shipment.
- Pack the items securely in the original product packaging. Make sure to include all items and paperwork. All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with original tags and packaging to ensure credit.
- Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the items.
- All return shipping charges are paid by shipper. Tommy John does not accept COD, bill to receiver, or 3rd party billed deliveries. It’s recommended that you use a trackable and insurable shipping method. If your shipment is uninsured and gets lost or damaged; we have no way of issuing you a credit or exchange.
RETURN STATUS
Return transit times can vary depending on the shipping service used. If you are returning or exchanging merchandise, we recommend that you hold onto the tracking number. This will allow you to know when the item is received at our facility.
Refunds are issued on returned items within 2 weeks of receipt. It typically takes 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
LATE EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do not accept returns past 30 days, nor do we accept returns of sale merchandise. We reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If a late return or sale item is accepted (even on closeout sale merchandise), a $10 per item restocking fee will be deducted from your return.
