All orders (excluding backorders) will ship within 24-72 hours. Most orders received before 10am (PST) ship the same day. Orders received after 11am, usually ship next day.

If you have ordered a color, size, or style this is temporarily out of stock or discontinued, you will receive an email notification. You can then exchange, cancel, or wait for the item to become available.
