As part of our standard policy, we are unable to accept returns on underwear that is worn or out of the package. Of course you can't know how comfortable it is until you've tried them on. That's why we've created the Try It On Guarantee - if you're unsatisfied for any reason, we will offer a full refund on your first undershirt and pair of underwear.
Refunds are limited to one underwear bottom and one undershirt for first time customers only. This offer applies to non-clearance items only. Please note that refunds are applied with the net purchase price and that the customer is responsible for return shipping.
To receive your refund, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order or call at (800) 708-3490, Monday through Friday between 9am-6pm EST.
How is this different from our regular return policy?
Since we cannot resell returned underwear bottoms, our regular return policy is that underwear bottoms are non-refundable. This is due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, as we have no way of knowing whether the underwear bottoms were tried on or not.
